Abstract
The coexistence of two different types of sex-cord stromal tumors, with various clinical symptoms, is extremely rare. We report a case of a 73-year-old woman showing coexistence of adult-type granulosa cell tumor in one ovary with ovarian fibroma in the other. Simultaneously, she was affected by Meigs' syndrome and simple endometrial hyperplasia without nuclear atypia. The different clinical symptoms of the disease according to the available literature are discussed.Entities:
