Abstract
Dural sinus malformation (DSM), a form of dural arteriovenous shunt (DAVS), is an extremely rare vascular anomaly seen less frequently than vein of Galen malformation. We report a case of DSM, detailing initial presentation and delayed complication of cerebellar haemorrhage due to venous stasis within the DSM leading to progressive thrombosis and venous outflow obstruction.Entities:
