Abstract
The incidence of dual left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) in normal hearts has been reported to range from 0.13 to 1%. Type IV dual LAD differs from the other three types in the origination of the long LAD from the right coronary sinus. We present a case of type IV dual LAD in a patient with anterior myocardial infarction related to the short LAD.Entities:
