Abstract
Methotrexate toxicity is known to cause erosions of existing psoriatic plaques, although rare. We describe two patients who developed painful ulcerated psoriatic plaques as an early presenting sign of methotrexate toxicity and review the risk factors associated with this manifestation.Entities:
