Abstract
A method is described for the quantitative assay of cellular MHC class II proteins. The assay has been developed for special use with epithelial cells isolated from the intestine, but has been successfully used with other cell types. It comprises a competitive immunoassay of anti-class II activity in cell lysates, using IgG-coated Sephacryl S300 as the solid phase and is sensitive over the range 1 ng-1 microgram.Entities:
