Abstract
Since immunological disorders have been demonstrated in patients with Diamond-Blackfan anaemia (DBA), intravenous immunoglobulins (IVIG) were administered to a 14-year-old girl with DBA and congenital malformations, previously treated with corticosteroids and blood transfusions.
