Abstract
Dental trauma sometimes causes fractures in the maxillary anterior teeth leading to esthetic, functional and phonetic problems. In this report, we describe the treatment of central and lateral incisors simultaneously subgingivally fractured due to dental trauma. Treatment involved flap surgery, reattachment and splinting of the fractured fragments with glass-fibre and composite resin. This reattachment technique, which uses advanced adhesive systems, is an option that offers satisfactory esthetic and functional outcomes.Entities:
