Abstract
We report a case of a solitary, painless, lytic lesion in the frontal bone in an otherwise asymptomatic patient. This was investigated with plain radiographs, computed tomography (CT), angiography and finally biopsy. Histology showed it to be a plasmacytoma. The radiological features of this lesion are discussed. Solitary plasmacytoma of bone has an uncertain relationship to multiple myeloma; it has only rarely been described in the skull and very rarely in the frontal bone.Entities:
