Abstract
A 71-year-old patient with systemic lupus erythematosus, scleroderma and secondary antiphospholipid syndrome underwent coronary artery bypass grafting using cardiopulmonary bypass for angina pectoris. Postoperatively, new onset of thrombotic complications including neurological deficits was not recognized. She was discharged without any complications.Entities:
