Abstract
Oral metastatic tumors are rare. A case of primary affection of oral soft tissues by metastatic hypernefroma, without radiologic evidence of bone involvement, is presented in this paper. Review of the literature reveals that the gingiva is the commonest location of metastatic hypernephroma in the oral soft tissues. The most important clinicopathology and therapeutic features are also reviewed.Entities:
