Abstract
The wide spectrum of viewpoints on how fully should a cancer patient be informed of his or her disease made it interesting to evaluate patients' own attitude to the issue. A questionnaire was offered to 280 cancer patients to assess the degree of awareness of their disease as well as psychologic preparedness to face the true diagnosis. As many as 93.6% of patients expressed a certain degree of desire to know diagnosis and details of their disease.Entities:
