Abstract
The surgical treatment of nonunions and malunions of acetabular fractures is often a challenge. The diagnosis of a nonunion or malunion rests on clinical and radiologic examination. Apart from the union troubles involving only one column, all other cases justify the use of the extensile approach.Entities:
