Abstract
We report the case of a 58-year-old patient with Gilbert's syndrome and multiple cardiovascular pathologies, including aortic regurgitation with a dilated aortic root, severe mitral regurgitation, and chronic atrial fibrillation. A Bentall procedure, mitral valve repair, and modified radiofrequency MAZE procedure were performed. The management of Gilbert's syndrome in patients undergoing cardiac surgery is reviewed.Entities:
