Abstract
The ethyl acetate extract and a fraction, KSE-23, isolated chromatographically from the ethyl acetate extract of Euphorbia prostrata, showed significant antiinflammatory activity when topically applied in a murine model of carrageenan footpad oedema. KSE-23 was found to be more potent than indomethacin given in the same manner.Entities:
