Abstract
Right-sided diverticulitis remains an exceedingly rare condition in the pediatric population. The clinical presentation mimics acute appendicitis, and the correct diagnosis is often difficult to make prior to operative exploration. We report two cases of cecal diverticulitis, and discuss the diagnosis and management of this disease, with a review of the literature.Entities:
