Abstract
Haemorrhagic presentation of intracranial meningioma is rare, and meningiomas with both intraparenchymal hemorrhage and intraventricular extension have not been reported. An unusual case of a sphenoid wing meningioma that was treated with endovascular embolization alone is presented.Entities:
