Abstract
In this article, we describe a double-chambered left ventricle (LV) in a 37-year-old man. Its accessory chamber attached to the inferior and posterior wall of LV, and had normal systolic contraction without any regional wall motion abnormality. A double-chambered LV was suspected on echocardiography and confirmed by cardiac computed tomography scanning and cardiac magnet resonance imaging.
