Abstract
A congenital coronary arteriovenous fistula is a rare anomaly, and only two cases have been previously reported in association with tetralogy of Fallot. We report one more patient with tetralogy of Fallot who had an associated fistulous communication between the left circumflex coronary artery and the coronary sinus. It is important to localize these left to right shunts preoperatively in order to plan optimal surgical management.Entities:
