Abstract
We report the clinical and pathologic features of two cases of adenosarcoma. Our first case occurred in the ovary of a 51-year-old woman with extensive pelvic involvement. She was treated vigorously with radiation and chemotherapy and at the present time almost 9 years later the patient is free of disease. This represents a case with one of the longest survival reported in the literature. Our second case occurred in a 37-year-old woman and was limited to the endometrium.Entities:
