Abstract
A case of extreme diffuse adenomatous hyperplasia of Brunner's glands was clinically manifested by melena and anemia. Diagnosis was established by barium studies, endoscopy, ultrasonography, computerized tomography, and histology. The radiologic, clinical, pathologic, and differential diagnostic features are reviewed.Entities:
