Abstract
A case of retrocaval ureter associated with right ureteral tumor in a 70-year-old male is reported. The diagnosis was confirmed by CT and RP. Retroperitoneoscopic nephroureterectomy was performed. The histology of the tumor was urethelial carcinoma. After 20 months, there was neither evidence of recurrence nor metastasis. To our knowledge, this is the 11th case of retrocaval ureter associated with upper urinary tract tumors.Entities:
