Abstract

We report a facile hydrothermal route for the large scale preparation of H-titanate with a novel urchin-like nano/micro structure. Due to the features of its microsized spherical structure assembled by nanosized quasi-1D tubular components, this novel nano/micro structure shows to be a good potential anode material for Li-ion batteries.
