Abstract
The authors report a case of SAPHO Syndrome, in pediatric age, with a dermatological focus. This entity should be considered in patients who have pain in the anterior chest wall or other musculoskeletal symptoms, accompanied by palmoplantar pustulosis and acne fulminans.
