Abstract
A simple and reliable method has been developed for accurate identification of male and female raw meats in cattle, buffalo, sheep and goat using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique. The PCR assay was conducted on genomic DNA extracted from raw muscle tissue of male and female animals. The method has been found to be accurate, reliable and quick.Entities:
