Abstract
Glucocorticoids, commonly used to treat multiple inflammatory processes, can cause hyperglycemia, Cushing syndrome, adrenal suppression, and, when they are discontinued, adrenal insufficiency. Physicians must be aware of these adverse effects and be equipped to manage them.Entities:
