Abstract
Pyoderma gangrenosum is a rare neutrophilic dermatosis that affects 4% of children. It is characterized by its association in half of the cases with an underlying disease. The association with Behçet's disease is exceptional and may have a very poor prognosis. We report 2 pediatric observations with fatal outcome.Entities:
