Abstract
A young woman with nonthymomic myasthenia gravis with failure of medical treatment was offered thymectomy through partial sternotomy. Shifting of vertical arm of "L" incision laterally avoids fracture of opposite sternal flange and provides better sternal stability postoperatively.Entities:
