Abstract
The spine is the most common site of osseous involvement by tuberculosis. Diagnosis of tuberculous spondylodiskitis, also known as Pott's disease, is often difficult due to its insidious onset and nonspecific clinical presentation. Along with a high level of suspicion, familiarity with its imaging characteristics is the basis for establishing the correct diagnosis, allowing early and focused treatment.Entities:
