Abstract
Adjuvant intraperitoneal chemotherapy in ovarian cancer has shown improved survival but limited by catheter-related complications. We present a technique of Veress needle use for intraperitoneal instillation of chemotherapy for 220 procedures in 43 patients with minimal adverse effects all managed conservatively. Our unique technique of paclitaxel instillation is described.Entities:
