Abstract
65 patients with the aortic dissection type B were operated on in the period 1995-2010. The proximal local aortic prosthetics proved to be the method of choice in treatment of such patients. The method allowed the reduction of the hospital lethality on 5,7 ± 3,9% and considerably decrease the overall hospital stay.Entities:
