Abstract
Oesophagus perforation is a possible complication of anterior cervical spine surgery, which generally occurs during the first postoperative days. Delayed perforation is very rare and its management remains controversial. We report the successful management of a delayed oesophagus perforation associated with an osteomyelitis.Entities:
