Ag cluster-aptamer hybrid: specifically marking the nucleus of live cells.

Abstract

Silver cluster-aptamer hybrids were mineralized via an artificially designed aptamer. The hybrids gave red emission when excited by light, and they successfully targeted the nucleus of live cells.
