Abstract
Fournier's gangrene is a rapidly progressive and potentially lethal disease that affects the perineum and mal genitalia. Predisposing factors included age, diabetes, alcoholism, malnutrition, and low socio-economic status. Herein, we present a 70-year-old patient who developed Fournier's gangrene following transurethral resection of the prostate. He had no predispositional factors to develop Fournier's gangrene.Entities:
