[Pharmacokinetics and metabolism of sultopride in the dog. Qualitative and quantitative analysis in various organs].

After oral administration of a single dose of 45 mg/kg of sultopride in the dog, concentrations in different organs were determined after 1, 6 and 24 hours. Sultopride and his deethly metabolite have been identified and determined. The maximal concentration of the benzamides were found in the organs one hour after administration.
