Abstract
Rietveld refinement of different structural models using neutron diffraction data for a series of powders of lead zirconate titanate, PbZr(1 - x)Ti(x)O(3) (PZT), is described. It is found that at all the compositions and temperatures studied the best results include contributions from more than one phase in order to fit the data. Consequently a new phase diagram is proposed.Entities:
