Abstract
We report the case of a 49 year-old-man with congenital coarctation of the aorta (CoA), admitted in a critical clinical condition due to advanced secondary cardiomyopathy and chronic heart failure. An Andrastent XL was implanted successfully in the CoA. The procedure resulted in an almost completely resolved CoA and prompt clinical improvement in the patient.Entities:
