Abstract
We report the case of a 52-year-old man with acute myocardial infarction and diagnosis of severe aortic coarctation in concomitance with coronary angiography. Coronary angioplasty on the left anterior descending coronary artery was performed with the femoral approach. Aortic coarctation was confirmed at three-dimensional computed tomography.Entities:
