Abstract
The Program for All-Inclusive Care of the Elderly (PACE) is a Medicare/Medicaid managed care benefit for frail adults aged 55 years and older who, although certified by the state as nursing home eligible, choose to live in the community. The PACE model features comprehensive medical and social services coordinated by an interdisciplinary team whose goal is to promote independence and quality of life.Entities:
