Abstract
Left ventricular aneurysms are common in clinical practice. Although their underlying aetiology is generally clear by the clinical context, it can be hard to define the exact cause in some cases. We report a case of a patient in whom cardiac MRI provided important information about the differential diagnosis of a left ventricular aneurysm.Entities:
