Abstract
Tetanus is a preventable illness occurring worldwide with a high mortality, mostly affecting neonates in developing countries. Effects are toxin mediated and the diagnosis is clinical. Antibiotics, antitoxin, immunoglobulin and wound care are the mainstays of management.Mesh:
