Abstract
Giant left atrium syndrome can occasionally occur in patients with rheumatic mitral valve regurgitation and can be responsible for oesophagus and/or airways compression. Abnormally enlarged left atriomegaly creates unusual right chest opacification on radiographs.Entities:
