Abstract
This paper describes a nearly 60-year old patient with unilateral hearing loss, developed in one year, and complaints of tinnitus and dizziness. Additional findings were unilateral peripheral facial paresis and a diminished corneal reflex. The cause was found to be a metastasis of an anaplastic carcinoma, localized at the site of the internal acoustic porus.Entities:
