Abstract
Although a rare complication of gestation, the possibility of fertility loss is no more serious than with a cervical pregnancy. A case of a viable cervical pregnancy treated with ultrasound guided transabdominal aspiration and intra-amniotic methotrexate administration is presented. When the diagnosis is made early in gestation this method should be considered for the treatment of a cervical pregnancy when future fertility potential is desirable.Entities:
