Abstract
We present two cases of cyclosporine-induced sebaceous hyperplasia in renal transplant recipients, successfully treated with isotretinoin. Both patients tolerated isotretinoin well, with no alteration in graft function. These cases provide support for the safe and effective use of oral isotretinoin in the treatment of cyclosporine-induced sebaceous hyperplasia in the kidney transplant population.Entities:
