Abstract
In conclusion, color flow Doppler ultrasonography is a safe, noninvasive method to study perfusion in the pancreatic allograft. In trained hands, reproducibly quantitative measurements can be made of the circulation in the transplanted pancreatic allograft. With further experience, it is our hope that spectral analysis will elucidate rejection as it has for us with kidney transplants. Because the technique is noninvasive, it has a high degree of patient acceptance.Entities:
