Abstract
Yersinia pseudotuberculosis is an uncommon gastrointestinal pathogen, recognized as a causative agent in some cases of mesenteric adenitis. We report the clinical and endoscopic features of a case of a 6-year-old girl with abdominal pain and bloody diarrhea. Colonoscopic examination revealed aphthous ulcers in the right colon, and mucosal biopsy culture grew Yersinia pseudotuberculosis. This case documents right colonic ulcers and bloody diarrhea with Yersinia pseudotuberculosis.Entities:
