Abstract
A new study shows that protein kinase A (PKA) activity establishes a signaling loop that governs protrusion-retraction cycles in migrating cells. PKA activity near the leading edge of protrusions phosphorylates RhoA and inhibits its activity via increased association with RhoGDI.Entities:
