Abstract
A case of neonatal anterior rectal duplication is reported. Abdominal ultrasonography revealed a prerectal cystic mass. The different types of rectal duplications and the main differential diagnosis are described. Mechanical obstruction and neoplastic risk make early surgery necessary.Entities:
