Abstract
A 45-year-old woman with a medial canthal mass associated with new-onset epiphora was found to have a darkly pigmented mass arising from the lacrimal sac wall because of intranasal pencil trauma 40 years before. Resection of the graphite-induced granuloma with dacryocystorhinostomy was curative.Entities:
