Abstract
The workplace provides an excellent setting for addressing issues of health, and industrial/organizational psychologists have a great deal to contribute to this effort. Five models for addressing health at work are presented along with the recommendation to use the broader systems approach. A set of criteria for health research and practice is introduced, and the potential contributions of industrial-organizational psychology for addressing these criteria are discussed.Mesh:
